26 Consulting is something I’ve built with care, intention, and a lot of behind-the-scenes work. After years of studying leadership and working alongside organizations, I’m excited to bring this practice to life and partner with a small group of clients as it continues to grow. This early phase allows me to stay hands-on, flexible, and deeply invested in each engagement.

Over the past several years, my work has centered on leadership, studying it, teaching it, and working alongside leaders as they navigate complexity, growth, and change.
I’m excited to share that I’m open to keynote speaking and speaking engagements for conferences, professional development events, classrooms, and organizations. My talks are grounded in research but shaped by real-world experience, with an emphasis on clarity, reflection, and application, less theory for theory’s sake, more insight leaders can actually use.
