26 Consulting is a Fresno-based leadership and management consulting firm that partners with small businesses and non-profit organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, build high-performing teams, and improve organizational outcomes. The firm brings a practical, research-backed approach rooted in behavioral science and real-world leadership experience.

My name is Dr. Javier Patiño. I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in consulting. Which means I’ve spent an unreasonable amount of time thinking about leadership, so that I can help you.
